Mont Ripley Ski Hill is a ski resort located in Franklin Township, Michigan's Upper Peninsula, just outside the cities of Hancock and Houghton. It's owned by Michigan Technological University and features 24 trails, a terrain park, tubing park, and 112 acres of skiable terrain with a 440-foot vertical drop. Mont Ripley is Michigan's oldest ski resort, dating back to 1934, and offers a true alpine town experience with plenty of snow and well-groomed trails.
