Hanagasa Kogen is a ski resort located in Obanazawa City, Yamagata Prefecture, Japan. It offers 141.6 km of skiable terrain, 35 ski lifts, and a vertical drop of 700-2430 meters. The resort has a variety of slopes for all skill levels, including a kicker, box, and rail for freestyle skiing. Hanagasa Kogen is known for its natural hot springs, Hanagasa no Yu, which offer relaxation and relief from the slopes. The resort is easily accessible by car, located just off Prefecture Road 301, about 38 km from the Higashine IC exit on the highway.
