Aussois is a ski resort located in the Maurienne Valley, at the foot of the Vanoise National Park in France. It offers 55 kilometers of slopes with south exposure, making it a sunny destination even in January. The resort is suitable for beginners, with wide easy runs, but limited for experienced skiers. It has 8 ski lifts and 135 snowmaking machines. Aussois is easily accessible by car, train, or bus, with an international TGV station nearby.
